Privacy Policy

Qeep Logistics respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to Qeep Logistics (“Qeep,” “we,” “us”) and to qeeplogistics.com and the services we provide. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial and cross-border privacy laws.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to quote, arrange and manage freight on your behalf.

  • Information you give us. Contact and company details (name, business email, phone, company name) and shipment details you submit through our quote, contact or tracking forms — origin and destination, mode, commodity, weight, dimensions, pallet counts, ready dates and any description of your needs.
  • Shipment & account records. Bills of lading, customs and commercial documents, references, PODs and correspondence created while we move your freight.
  • Information collected automatically. Basic technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring links, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Information from third parties. Status and location updates from carriers and their telematics, and clearance information from customs brokers and government agencies.

2. How we use your information

  • Prepare quotes and provide our brokerage, transportation and logistics services.
  • Dispatch, tender, track and trace shipments, and manage exceptions and claims.
  • Coordinate customs clearance and cross-border compliance.
  • Communicate with you about quotes, shipments, billing and support.
  • Operate, secure and improve our website and services, and prevent fraud and misuse.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, tax and trade-compliance obligations.

3. Consent

By submitting a request or using our services, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your information as described here. For most business contacts the information we process is business-contact and shipment information used to deliver a service you requested. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits, by contacting us below — note this may prevent us from providing certain services.

4. How we share information

We never sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to move your freight:

  • Carriers and drivers we tender your shipment to, so they can perform pickup and delivery.
  • Customs brokers and government agencies (e.g. CBSA, U.S. CBP) for clearance and lawful cross-border movement.
  • Service providers who support us — hosting, email delivery, analytics, TMS and payment processing — under confidentiality and data-protection terms.
  • Legal and safety disclosures where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. International transfers

Qeep operates across Canada, the United States and Mexico. To move freight and run our systems, your information may be processed or stored in those countries and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and regulators under their laws. We use service providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, customs and trade-record requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information — including encryption in transit, access controls and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent. To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer below. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
